The (Ikea) kitchen is equipped with all (built-in) accessories. However, the plastic kitchen top is due for renewal. Above the sink with tap is a window that looks out over the balcony behind. The kitchen also has a 4-burner gas stove, a dishwasher (must be checked, has not been used for a long time), a refrigerator and a (defective) freezer, all from the Zanussi brand. Adjacent to an extra (free-standing) freezer, the kitchen is illuminated by the translucent wall tiles towards the hallway.
Via the stairs a landing is reached that provides access to a sink, a storage space (with boiler), the washing machine setup under the combi boiler (Remeha, 2019), the bedroom at the rear, the bedroom at the front, the shower, and the second bedroom at the front. This bedroom can easily be converted back into the original bathroom. Finally, the staircase to the attic is located on the landing.
The attic floor actually consists of two rooms, the rear of which is a bedroom. The entire attic is illuminated at the entire rear via a dormer window with double glazed windows, and has a headroom of approximately 1.75 m.
