SPACIOUS CORNER APARTMENT IN A BEAUTIFUL CENTRAL LOCATION LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF A WELL-KEPT APARTMENT COMPLEX!
THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE DISTRICT
The apartment is located in the 'De Prinsenhof' district. This neighborhood is green and child-friendly due to the park at the Prinsenhof with playground equipment, a football field and a basketball field. Within walking distance of the apartment you will find shopping center Prinsenhof with various shops for groceries. Just a little further is the largest shopping center in the Netherlands (“Mall of the Netherlands”).
Various amenities are available a short distance in the area: many primary schools, a library, sports facilities, the renovated swimming pool De Fluit across the street, schools and the hospital.
The bus and tram stop are approximately a 5-minute walk away and the highways to the A4 towards Rotterdam / Amsterdam and the A12 towards Utrecht are easily accessible by car, which you can easily park in front of the apartment complex. But also, the cozy old center of Leidschendam is only a short distance by bicycle, which you can store in your own secure storage room!
The apartment can be reached through a communal hall with intercom, mailboxes and doorbells. Once inside through automatically opening doors, you will find the hall with a small communal library, the staircase and elevator.
The apartment is on the first floor. Via the stairs or the lift, an button gives automatic access to an open gallery. The apartment is on the corner of the complex at the end of the gallery.
The entrance of the apartment is a corridor (3.08 x 1.14m) that opens onto a spacious hall from which all areas of the apartment are accessible.
On the gallery / right side of the house is a spacious bedroom (4.37 x 2.89 m) that overlooks the Prinsenhof on the side of the complex. To the left is a small bedroom (3.08 x 1.79m) which currently serves mainly as a cupboard space and overlooks the gallery. Next to it is the large kitchen (3.08 x 3.04m), which is equipped with sufficient storage spaces, a plastic countertop with sink, and a 4-burner gas stove with extractor (Etna). Here is also the water heater for the hot water from the tap and shower. In the corner is a recess from which there is a small space from the gallery to collect waste.
From the entrance straight ahead to the front of the apartment is the very spacious bright living room (6.67 x 4.14 m), with a beautiful view over the green zone and the renovated swimming pool De Fluit. The living room looks even bigger and wider due to the open connection with the dining room (4.43 x 2.12 m).
From this dining room, the spacious sunny balcony (1.44 x 4.91m + 0.88 x 4.14m) is reached, which runs over the entire width of the house (a small strip runs in front of the living room so that the entire front is easy to maintain). The entire balcony is equipped with (manual) blinds.
The beautiful bathroom (2.02 x 2.02m) is accessible from the central hall. This has been completely renovated quite recently, and in addition to a cupboard, washbasin with furniture and a walk-in rain shower, it offers space for the separate arrangement of a washing machine and dryer. Finally, a separate toilet (0.93 x 1.17 m) is available next to the bathroom.
Almost the entire house has a laminate floor.
