LAYOUT
The entrance is a beautiful old-fashioned tiled hall where coats and the like can be hung.
On the right is the access to the (former en-suite) living room with electric fireplace (light and heat!) and large windows. From the entrance, a draught portal has been created by means of beautiful cut glass intermediate doors that can be closed off with a soundproof intermediate door. From here, in addition to the meter cupboard, the L-shaped bedroom/study at the front can be reached, with a storage cupboard that is located under the staircase to the apartments above.
Behind the draught portal, on the left, is the bathroom, with washbasin unit and storage cupboards, a place for a washing machine, a design radiator for towels, and a shower room with mixer tap and sky shower.
More towards the back, on the left is a toilet with washbasin, and on the right is the master bedroom.
