SELF SERVICE: this option allows you to sell your property all by yourself; we will upload it on Funda (#1 website for selling property in The Netherlands). This will save you a lot of costs, however you do have to take care of the presentation, visits, the negotiations and everything afterwards.

BASIC: If you are interested in attracting more attention to your property, but do wish to control the selling process, this option might be best for you. In the basic option YOU will provide you with a comprehensive presentation and follow-up, almost everything except for the visits. Being the resident has the advantage that you can tell them all about the house, like no realtor could, however keep in mind that the visitors will not dare to tell you their minds. This could prevent an optimal price.

FULL SERVICE: This option allows you to tailor make the service you would like to receive. Besides the services mentioned in the overview YOU has a vast network of specialists to optimise the price for your property, i.e. styling and renovation. Last but not least: experience teaches that a realtor most often earns more than they cost (please google translate: an article by RTLZ).
