Purchase fees

The purchase commission partly depends on the expected work, time and responsibility. In principle, the work to be performed, the time to be taken and the costs to be incurred are related to various factors that also determine the value of the home. Hence the indication of the purchase fees below.

The purchase commission includes the entire supervision of the purchase process, up to and including the transfer. However, because in the current market it is virtually possible to do this for you, you should first look for a home yourself. As the broker knows better what you are looking for, we will of course look out for you.

However, because no two homes are the same, it is possible to deviate from the rates below in consultation. Especially if you also want to sell a house. Ask your broker about it.
