FIRST FLOOR
At the REAR of the house there are two bedrooms, each with its own balcony.
The first bedroom is currently used as a study and has a small balcony that looks over the conservatory to the back garden. The 4th bedroom is spacious, with a skylight (Velux, with blackout screen) in the sloping wall at the rear, and a large (semi-frosted) window that looks out over - and provides access to - the roof above the master bedroom via a tilt and turn window.

BASEMENT
This spacious floor is located half a level below the garage, but not entirely below the ground floor. From the hall, the stairs lead past the entrance to the garage and then to the landing. Here, at the front, there is a space that currently serves as a storage room. There is also a hatch here for access to the space under the garage floor.
From the landing, the basement can be reached at the rear, which is currently divided into two parts. An extra bedroom can easily be created here because of the windows and radiators.
